Ruby,
We are so sorry for your loss. As you know Dwayne was very dear to us. He was always so kind and understanding; ready to listen to another's problem and make them feel better for his listening. Or when all was well joking and fun was great among friends. We will miss him so much.
You and Dwayne were blessed with 61 years together. We pray we will be so blessed, at least I do (Sylda). Remember the “Good times”! Thank you, for sharing some of your time together with us. If we can continue to share time with you we will be honored. Please, continue to include us on your email.
I hope you know that we are here for you when you need us. Time goes by so fast – please, keep in touch.
Know you and your family are in our thoughts and hearts,
Sylda & Tom Nichols

P.S. I'm thinking Dwayne won't be hurting/sick anymore and will be with his Lord forevermore; waiting for the time when our Lord sees fit for us all to join him.

Ruby and Family,
We are so sorry to lose Dwayne and his smiling, get-it-done attitude. He has done so much for our community. I believe a person continues to live through the good works and those he has touched during his life. Dwayne's good works are evident throughout the area and he was respected and revered by so many people. His name will long live in Lawrence to carry the testament of his impact. He will be missed and Patsy and I share in your loss.
