Tina Cates Obituary

Tina and I were close friends for the better part of 10+yrs. We lived together, were neighbors and dear friends. My heart goes out to her children and grandchildren during this difficult time. I was totally taken back when I saw she passed and immediately so many wonderful memories came flooding back. Tina you will be greatly missed.

She was my mama she was all was there when I need to talk to her I was with her son Chris for like 12 years and she is going to be missed and I will always going to love u mama Tina and one thing I remember of her is we walked to the bus together to go to work she was amazing person and she cared about people I am going to miss you so much RIP Tina love u and miss u so much

Tina was one of my absolute favorite riders. We met while I was driving a bus in Lawrence. She gave great advice and even better hugs. She was an amazing person and friend and I will love her always

You were an amazing mom and just watching as your boys friend, growing up you did an amazing job you was always so beautiful even when you just got off work and was cooking dinner or hollering at them out the door you had beautiful kids and you will be truly missed and you will always be loved thanks for leaving behind some amazing kids and grandkids to carry on those beautiful genes R. Tina was one of my friend´s mother growing up. I remember staying the night and watching movies, and she was always so kind to me. Rest in peace, Tina. Your energy was beautiful.
