Tom was a wonderful neighbor and a great friend. We always exchanged holiday cards. Tom always brought me holiday candy. I was always sending Tom homemade soup and homemade Chili. He came to see me the day before he moved and presented me with a gift. He was so special. We often would shop together, I would take him to see Barbara's grave. I will miss Tom. One of my favorite memories was on one of Tom's birthday we decided to have a small surprise party for Tom. Everybody was here and I called Tom and couldn't find him. Come to find out his family had picked him up and took him out to eat. We had our party and laughed about how he almost missed his party.
