I only knew Sam from a facebook game but through our messages he was not only a polite young man but cute and funny.. But the thing I admired the most about Sam was his courage and how he never wanted a pity party.. One of the bravest young men, I have ever had the pleasure of knowing.. Sam is now whole again and entertaining the angels. My deepest condolence's to his family for your loss. I know I will never forget Sam.. He inspired me.

I am so sorry for your loss. Sam was a joy to have in first grade. I will always remember his positive attitude and the joy he brought to our classroom. My prayers and thoughts are with you.

So very sorry to hear about Sam. He tutored our daughter in math for a couple of years in high school. He was so bright,kind and helpful to ou daughter. Sam was such a gentlemen to her ,helping her understand math concepts that came so easily to him, in such a caring way. He touched so many lives. Our prayers are with you.

I got to know Sam when he worked for us at our family business. I was impressed with his sweet nature and positive attitude. He was truly a fine young man. His body was fragile but his spirit was strong and good. God bless the entire family in this time of loss. I am so glad I got to know this special young man.

I first met Sam when he was 5 years old at the clinic for testing and have had the pleasure of knowing him all these years. He always had that great, sweet smile and such a gentleman. I will miss him dearly. Jane,Jim and Molly, my prayers are with you and all of those who love him.

Sam was a favorite of mine-I loved his sweet smile and laugh-it was there no matter what was happening in his life. My prayers and love for the family during this most difficult time.
