We send you our sympathy at the loss of Ron. Ron was a great friend to Harriet and I during our training program at Cat starting the summer of 66 and for our first few years at Cat. We spent many holidays, weekends and evenings together. This was a time when we were all away from home, and needed new friends. Ron became one of our best. He was a good friend, a good engineer, and a man of high integrity with a great sense of humor. May he rest in peace. He is remembered in our prayers. Monte and Harriet Alkire.
