Robert Grene Obituary
A private reception has been held.
Dr. Grene was preceded in death by his parents, Dr. Robert and Lois Grene, and sister, Courtney Grene. He is survived by his loving wife Mary Grene and his two remarkable daughters, Hanna Grene (Nicolas Koury) of San Diego, CA and Lucca Grene of Lawrence, KS, and his brother Van Douglas Grene of Tucson, AZ. He is also survived by generations of patients to whom he brought the gift of sight.

I was a patient of Dr. Grene's. He was a very good Dr. and took care of my eyes in a professional manner. He and I hit it off, since we share the same birthday. I will keep you all in my prayers. Bless you all.

Oh, I am so sorry to hear this heart-breaking news. Dr. Greene had to bolt out of my very first appointment with him. His very first daughter was being born! (in early '90's) I am still a Greene Vision patient. May he finally rest in peace. Prayers of comfort to his family and friends.

He was such a leading-edge pioneer to bring LASIK vision to Wichita. He performed my LASIK vision over 20 yrs ago and I still have perfect vision, he gave me a new lease on life. My heart felt prayers for the family.
