Julie Davis Obituary
Julie was born December 31, 1954 in East Lansing, Michigan the daughter of Jed and Betty (Crosby) Davis.
She graduated from Washburn University with a B.A. in Photographic Arts. She loved photography.
She worked as an assistant business manager for a nonprofit organization in credit counseling in Topeka, KS.
Julie is survived by her brother, John and his wife, Linda Davis of Salina, KS, two nephews, Jason Davis, Lawrence, KS, Shawn Davis of Tucson, AZ, niece, Sara Golding of Oklahoma City, OK and one great-niece.
Julie was preceded in death by her parents and her brother, Brian T. Davis.
A family service for Julie will be held at a later date. Inurnment will take place in a private service at Memorial Park Cemetery in Lawrence.
Memorial contributions can be made in her name to the KU Endowment Association for the Brian TenEyck Davis award in Theatre Arts or the Alzheimer's Association and sent in care of Warren-McElwain Mortuary.

I remember Julie as such a pretty "brown-eyed girl" who was also my junior high crush. I am so sad to hear that she has gone. I condole with all who knew her.

We are all saddened by our loss but grateful that I spent time with Julie together with some other friends on one of my last visits home to Lawrence. Will miss her candid laugh which was contagious. Her striking brown eyes her smile and her wit.
