I worked for John in the 1980. John and his son Tom owned and operated two Burger Kings in Topeka. This was my second job out of College. I was hired to be an assistant manager. Within a couple of weeks I moved to the office and was the personnel director. I still appreciate very much the opportunity, training and support. Most of my contact was with Tom. He was young, as I was. Looking back over my careers and jobs (I'm now retired in Santa Fe) I can see that Tom was one of the best bosses I had. Thank you, Tom, George and Daniel.
