To the family of Gwen. I am so sorry about the death of your mother. She was a sister in Alpha Gamma Delta at Fort Hays State the same time I was there. I met her again about 3 years ago and she was the same delightful woman that I remembered.

Christy, Stephanie, and families,
I just learned of Gwen's death, and am so sorry. She and I were Alpha Gamma Delta sorority sisters at Ft. Hays State. She was always such a kind, sweet person and friend. Kerry and I send our sympathy, thoughts, and prayers to you and your families!

Christie and Stephanie--My name is Virgie Renner. I was an Alpha Gamma Delta at Hays in Gwen's class. I live in KC and did not learn of Gwen death until this A.M. Please send me a note telling me about Gwen's last few days as I would like to inform our other sisters who I'm sure loved her too. I am so sorry to hear of her death. We had not talked on the phone for a couple of months. Once in a while we got together for lunch. The last time we were together, I could tell that she was not feeling very well. Even though we did not see each other often, I will miss her and the good times we had when we did get together. She was my roommate one year in the Sorority House in Hays. My E-mail is [email protected]. Thanks and please know that your mother was truly a precious jewel. Virgie Renner in Overland Park,KS.

Your Mother was a very sweet lady, and we here in St. James Court will miss seeing her smiling face and hearing her soft and gentle voice. We used to meet at the mailbox and spend time just visiting and chatting, and doing what good neighbors do. I am not well and will be unable to attend the services today, but please know that she holds a special place in the hearts of me, my, husbaband, and my Mother. Blessings to your entire family and may God give you extra strength to get through these sad times.
