Gary McMillen Obituary
Gary W. "Mike" McMillen, 70, passed away Sept. 30, 2014 at Wilshire at Lakewood, surrounded by his family. Funeral Mass will be at 1:30 p.m., Mon., Oct. 6 at Sacred Heath Catholic Church, 1100 West St., Tonganoxie, KS, visitation 12:30 to 1:30 p.m. Burial in Mt. Sidney Cemetery, 11:00 a.m., Sat., Oct. 11, 2014. Memorial contributions may be made to Sacred Heart Building Fund. Mr. McMillen was born Oct. 21, 1943 in Tonganoxie, KS. He was preceded in death by his mother Dorothy McMillen Andrews, father Joe D. McMillen and Wayne Andrews. He is survived by Ron Beach, Karen McMillen; children Amy Warren (Jeff) and Gregory McMillen (Sarah); grandchildren Jacob, Zechariah and Abigail Warren, Alexander, Katrina and Ethan McMillen; siblings Pat McCray, Dorothy Reagan and Joe McMillen.

Karen, more than once you had to set an extra place at the table when Mike brought me home after work for dinner unannounced! I lost touch with all of you after I left Tonganoxie more than 40 years ago. Mike was always a good friend to me at Champion's. I'm sorry for your loss. Butch Smith
