Bill Campbell

William Scott "Bill" Campbell, 53 of Shawnee, KS and formerly of Washington, IL, died at 9:25 am Thursday, March 21, 2013 at his home in Shawnee.

Born on February 1, 1960 in East Cleveland, OH to William A. and Barbara A. Greenland Campbell, he married Julie Lynne Morgan on November 7, 1992 in Henry, IL. She survives.

Also surviving are his daughter, Casey Campbell at home, his mother, Barb Campbell of Washington, IL, his sister, Bonni Harris of Washington, IL, 2 brothers, Rick (Larissa) Campbell and Greg (Becky) Campbell, both of Bloomington, IL, 2 nephews and 6 nieces.

He was preceded in death by his father and his sister, Kim "Casey" Campbell.

Bill worked for Hartford Insurance in Workers Compensation for the past 25 years. He was a member of St. Joseph Catholic Church in Shawnee. He loved watching his daughter, Casey play competitive softball and enjoyed traveling to various locations to attend her tournaments. Bill also was an avid St. Louis Cardinals fan.

A memorial mass will be at 11 am Wednesday, March 27, 2013 at St. Patrick Catholic Church in Washington. Visitation will be one hour prior to the mass at the church. Cremation rites have been accorded.
