Patricia Brown Obituary

Patricia Ann (Peay) Brown, 77, of Middletown, the devoted wife of Daniel D. Brown, passed away unexpectedly on September 10, 2025.

Mrs. Brown was born in New Albany, Indiana, daughter of the late Raymond A. and Norma Jean (Rogge) Peay. As the wife of a United States Army serviceman, she dedicated her life to her family, providing a steadfast and nurturing home for her children throughout the many places and seasons of military life.

In addition to her husband of many years, she is survived by her son, William Brown (Ruth) of Middletown; her daughter, Adrienne Leigh of Southington; and her cherished granddaughter, Josephine Fermin, with whom she shared a special bond. She also leaves three brothers, Michael A. Peay of Alabama, Christopher D. Peay of Indiana, and Brian A. Peay of Florida; as well as a sister, Karla Jo Rudd of Indiana. She was predeceased by her sister, Phyllis Jean Bolanowski.

Funeral services will be conducted privately. Those who wish to honor Mrs. Brown's memory may direct contributions to St. Jude Children's Research Hospital, P.O. Box 1000 Dept. 142, Memphis, TN 38101.
