Rosemary Rushford-Baker Obituary

Rosemary K. Rushford-Baker, 73, of Natrona Heights, passed away on Wednesday, April 1, 2026. She was born on Oct. 10, 1952, in New Kensington, to the late Francis and Grace (Hoak) Kremer. Rosemary worked at the VA for several years, as a receptionist in AVH, then retiring from the Valley News Dispatch, where she worked in human resources. Rosemary was of the Presbyterian faith. In her free time, she found joy in helping animals of all types. Whether that was feeding the birds or taking in stray cats. She also enjoyed helping those less fortunate by providing meals at local homeless shelters. Rosemary is survived by her son, Patrick (Tara) Klazon of Kent, OH; grandchildren, Kyra, Alyssa, and Ivy; great-grandson, Luca McCurry; sisters, Phyllis Speer and Shirley (Randy) Kremer-Bollinger; brother, Alan (Andrea) Kremer; sister-in-law, Carol Kremer; as well as several nieces and nephews. In addition to her parents, Rosemary was preceded in death by her husbands, Victor Rushford and Glenn Baker; and brother, Phillip Kremer. Friends will be received from 9 a.m. until the time of service at 11 a.m. on Monday, April 6, 2026, at CICHOLSKI-ZIDEK FUNERAL HOME INC., 1522 Carlisle St., Natrona Heights, 724-224-8688.
