Patsy Thompson Obituary

Patsy A. Thompson, 90, of Springdale, passed away peacefully at home, on Monday, March 30, 2026. She was born on Nov. 10, 1935, to her late parents, Harry and Doris (Dunn) Thompson, and has been a lifelong resident of the valley. She was a Sunday school teacher at United Methodist Church of Springdale. Mrs. Thompson worked for many years as a registered nurse and eventually retired. She enjoyed going to the Northeast and spending time at the lake, especially with her dogs that she loved so much. Surviving her are her sons, Thomas (Donna) Blair of Frazer Township and David Coll of Pittsburgh; three granddaughters; one grandson; two great-granddaughters; and two great-grandsons. Her cousin, Beth Hovet, of Springdale, has cared for her the past 11 years. Besides her parents, she was preceded in death by her daughter, Judie Blair; sister, Doris Verline Green; and long-time life partner, Nick Montemurro. Services and interment were private.
