John McCaully Obituary

John H. McCaully Sr., 79, of Allegheny Township passed away Wednesday, March 25, 2026, in Forbes Regional Hospital, Monroeville. Born Sept. 11, 1946, in Pittsburgh, he is the son of the late Neal and Madeline Zetwo McCaully. John was a self-employed mechanical engineer. He was Catholic by faith and was active in the drag racing community in the IHRA Top Sportsman Class Racing with "Our Gang Racing." Survivors include his wife of 56 years, Trudy Monroe McCaully of Allegheny Township; his daughter, Michelle (Bryan) Baker of Leechburg; a son, John (Stacey) McCaully of Washington Township; and two grandchildren, Christopher Baker and Brielle McCaully. In addition to his parents, he was preceded in death by his brother, Bernard McCaully. Family and friends will be received from 2 to 4 and 6 to 8 p.m. on Tuesday in DUNMIRE-KERR & ROWE FUNERAL HOME INC., 244 Franklin Ave., Vandergrift, where a blessing service will be held at 10 a.m. on Wednesday, with Fr.
