Donald Jones Obituary

Donald S. Jones, 84, of Irwin, died Tuesday, March 24, 2026. He was born December 24, 1941 in Darragh, a son of the late Robert C. and Cora C. (Fair) Jones and was also preceded in death by his brother Charles E. Jones. Don worked for DeLallo Foods and was a member of Paintertown Evangelical Lutheran Church. He enjoyed stock car racing, antique and classic cars, and doing puzzles. He is survived by his sister Irene V. Leach; his nieces and nephew Denise (Shon) Harrity, Charles Jones, and Kimberly Jones; and his great nephews and niece Tyler, Shane, and Kaylee Harrity. Friends will be received from 2 to 4 and 6 to 8 p.m. Friday, March 27, at the WILLIAM SNYDER FUNERAL HOME, 521 Main St., Irwin, where a funeral service will be held Saturday, March 28, at 11 a.m. Private interment will be in Penn Lincoln Memorial Park.
