Dear Marian & family,
Louie and I worked together at Folsom Dam for the U.S. Bureau of Reclamation in the early 1980's. My personal condolences to all of you. Louie always took the time to help and serve. He was a great mentor and always took the time to give great instruction and encouragement in our work in Hydro Power Systems. He will be that legacy Electrical Professional that many of us looked up to.
Blessings to you and your family.
