Don was my client and friend. Don faced adversity with ferocity and life with zest and zeal. He left me with many fond memories. My condolences and sympathies go out to Don's family.

I was Don's ag lender for many years. I admired his inter-personal skills and his vision for his farming company and other enterprises. He wasn't afraid of taking risks especially the growing of volatile fresh market crops. He tested my patience at times as I'm sure I tested his. We remained friends through it all. He lived a long and full life and I'll never forget him. Rest in eternal peace !!

I worked for Don for a few years, enjoyed the staff dinners at Christmas and the end of harvest luncheons. He was tough, but fair, gruff but kind, and I thought of him often. My deepest condolences to Mike, and the rest of the family. May his memory be eternal,
