Cindy Tobiassen

November 16, 1958 – August 20, 2024

Cindy Jean Tobiassen went home to be with the Lord on August 20, 2024.

She was born in Placerville, California to Bob and Diane Baxley on November 16, 1958.

In 1974, at the young age of 15 she married Keith Tellam. In 1975, she gave birth to their first son Robert, two years later Jennifer was born and in 1982 they completed their family with the birth of Daniel. Keith and Cindy's marriage lasted 13 years but they remained great friends and co-parents, until Keith's untimely death in 1999.

She married the love of her life, Dale Tobiassen on March 24, 1990. Theirs was a marriage of love, friendship and dedication and a truly great life created together, one that most people can only strive for.

Cindy was passionate about all she did. She raised some amazing quarter horses, that have gone on to do great things. She was passionate about baseball, even coaching/ managing Grass Valley Little League teams, she also coached and was the coordinator of Nevada Union Jr Minors cheerleading squad for some time, fighting for the cheerleaders to be able to compete for the first time in competitions. She supported Dale and the Houndsman's Club for years. The words "I cant", were not in her vocabulary. She paved her way through life despite any adversities she faced. She was a force to be reckoned with when she put her mind to anything.

Most of all, she loved her family fiercely. She was always there to support and cheer them on, give advice and offer nothing but unconditional love. Her beautiful heart and smile, the spark in her eye, her hilarious sense of humor and true friendship, will be deeply missed and never forgotten.

Cindy is survived by her beloved husband Dale Tobiassen, her brother Kenneth Baxley (Julie), son, Robert Tellam (Michelle), daughter, Jennifer May, son, Daniel Tellam (Amrita).

Grandchildren; Parker May, Preslie May, Vada Tellam, Nora Tellam, Adalyn Tellam and Daniel Tellam Jr.

And numerous loving uncles, aunts, cousins, nieces and nephews.

She is proceeded in death by her father, Bob Baxley (2024) her mother Diane Baxley (2023) and Keith Tellam.(1999)

Family and friends are invited to attend her Celebration of Life, which will be held on;

September 15, 2024 at 1:00pm
