Beloved husband of Betty Ann Deborah Baker (nee Cohen) (dec'd); Father of Lynette, Robert, Richard and John; Brother of Keith (dec'd); Father-in-law to Ed, Rosita, Rhonda and Elizabeth; Loving and respected Grandfather of Jess, Angela, Richard Jing, Natalie, Nicole, Todd, Jackson, Madeleine and Sarah Rose; Great Grandfather of Elliot, Jude, Raferty, Joni and Charlie; Uncle of Roslyn, Adrienne, James, Michael, Virginia, Anthony, Ted, David and Brett; also lifelong friend and brother-in-law to Joan Baker.
Long in our memory as he rests in peace
Family and friends are warmly invited to attend Jack's funeral service to be held in the Magnolia Chapel, Macquarie Park Crematorium, Plassey Rd, Macquarie Park on Friday 2nd August 2019 at 2pm.
