Annie Clary Obituary


LINCOLNTON - Annie Mashburn Clary, 70, of Stoney Creek Drive in Lincolnton, died Saturday, Aug. 31, 2024.
A visitation for Mrs. Clary will be held from 1 to 3 p.m., Saturday, Sept. 7 at Warlick Funeral Home in Lincolnton. Following the visitation, the family will gather at 845 Great Dane Avenue in Iron Station.
Mrs. Clary was born Jan. 24, 1954, in Swain County, North Carolina to the late, Eckel Henry and Nora Lackey Mashburn. In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by sisters, Elizabeth Wilson, Annette Blakley, Louise Franks and Eloise Mashburn; brothers, J.R. Mashburn, J.B. Mashburn and Sam Mashburn. She was a homemaker.
Survivors include her husband, Charles Clary of the home; daughters, Tabitha (Brandon) Gurley of Belmont and Melanie (Wallace) Earley of Iron Station; sisters, Lillian Shelley and Teresa Hilton; brother, Manuel Mashburn; grandchildren, Amanda (Dylan) Dowell of Claremont, Crystal (Wallace Jr.) Earley, Samantha (Cory) Smith of Terrell, Jessica (Brenden) Coyne and Sean Earley; great-grandchildren, Leilana Earley, Anastasia Prevatt, William Prevatt, Arabella Prevatt, Clary Nell Smith, Grayson Dowell, Tanner Dowell and Bryce Dowell.
Warlick Funeral Home is serving the Clary family.
