Penny C. St. Andrews, 58, passed away peacefully at home on Monday, December 30, 2024. She was born on September 14, 1966, in Syracuse, NY and resided in Cato, NY. Penny enjoyed helping others, spending time with family, watching "Hallmark" movies and having a good time. She was extremely devoted to her family. Anyone who knew Penny knew what a wonderful person she was. Penny always put others before herself. Penny is survived by her husband, John E. St. Andrews, Jr. She met her loving husband when they were 15 years old and were blessed with 40 beautiful years of marriage.
Penny is predeceased by her son, John E. St. Andrews III, her parents, siblings, Paul, Robert (Bobby), and Robin.
Penny is survived by her children, Richael (David) Dudzinski, Joshua St. Andrews, Melinda (Mike) Jones, and Richard (Sara) St. Andrews. Penny is survived by her siblings, Doug Burgess, Danny Hess, Richard Hess, Donna King, and Kevin Knapp. Penny is survived by 5 grandchildren and many nieces and nephews.
Calling hours will be held on Friday, January 3, from 4-7 p.m. at the Gates Funeral Home, Inc., 29 W. Genesee St., Baldwinsville.

Minnie and Richael, I am so very sorry for your family's loss. The loss of a parent is one of life's hardest moments. Sadly the painful moments never end, you just learn to how to navigate through life without them. It's a hole in your heart forever.
May your family heal and and know she is no longer in pain.

John & Family- Penny was a wonderful person & a fabulous care giver! She definitely was a true sweetheart if you ever needed anything & always went above and beyond. I was glad to have been able to see her & make her happy with flowers. Bless her, she will be missed immensely. Rest in peace Penny.
