Dawn was a wonderful person. I joined Rotary as an administrator at Bville CSD. Attending weekly meetings I was made welcome by Dawn and others. I especially enjoyed her food! God bless her and her family.

My deepest condolences to her family and abundant tribe of friends. I am so sorry to her of this sad news. I haven't seen Dawn in a few years. She was my grandmother, Eddie Nostrant's partner in crime. I have so many funny stories of the two of them together. The most amusing time was when they owned Window Box Catering. I hope they are reunited pulling their shenanigans once again to our loved ones upstairs. Dawn was a pip who had us always in stitches with her wit and humor. Always hard working with a superb passion for our B'ville community. Everything she did, always came from the center of her heart. May her legacy live on with the fondest memories of her deep in our hearts.
God Speed Dawny, Love you.

Going way back, we were best friends in highschool. Dawn moved to California, I left NY and we lost touch. Ten years ago I tried unsuccessfully to contact her. She was always in the back of my mind. She will always be in my heart.

It´s hard to put into words how influential Dawn was for me over the years.
I started eating Dawns cooking at 4 and eventually worked for her by the time I was 15.
She helped me see the value in hard work and community.
I´ll be forever grateful for the opportunity to know her and be helped and loved by her

So sorry Dawn had to pass this way. I am sure she fought till the bitter end. I was a friend and fellow Rotarian with Dawn. We spent lots of time in the Canal Walk making food for Rotary events. She is missed.

Dear Dawn, From the first day I met you, I knew you were a pistol. I enjoyed all the times we were all together, which was most of the time fundraising for Cystic Fibrosis. Relaxing at breakfast at the diner with you, Cathy, Linda, or Jim reminiscing the person who brought us together...Bill Pisano. God Bless You. Rae
