May 15, 1938 - Mar 11, 2026
Jack Dee Bingle, 87, of Spokane, Washington, went to be with his Lord on March 11th, 2026. He was a loving husband, father, grandfather, and great-grandfather. Even though he is missed, we recognize our separation is but for a moment before we are all reunited in glory.
Jack was born in Hayti, Missouri, on May 15th, 1938. Jack was the oldest of seven children: Loal Gean, Vernon, Elsie, Johnnie, Jimmie, and Edward. Jack went to elementary school at Hayti Elementary in Hayti, Missouri. His family later moved to Modesto, California, where he attended high school and graduated in 1956. After graduation, Jack enlisted in the United States Air Force, becoming a hydraulics specialist working on B-52s at Fairchild Air Force Base. He later transitioned to the Atlas Missile Program, serving as a missile specialist until he departed with an honorable discharge from service in 1964. He worked briefly as an assistant manager at Safeway and the United States Post Office. He eventually retired from the USPS after dedicated service.
He married Esther Martin in 1958. They had two children together, Lonny and Karl, and divorced in 1977. He married Grace Sensenig in 1980. Jack was a devoted husband and provider with his family as a priority. His hobbies were train collecting and photography, which became an avocation after his retirement. Jack later returned to work at the Post Office and retired a second time from the civil service.
Jack is survived by his wife, Grace; his sons, Lonny (and Kim) and Karl (and Joanne); grandchildren and great-grandchildren. Arrangements have been made through Heritage Funeral Home. A private service for the family will be held, and an interment at Washington State Veterans Cemetery.
