Hi Ray and Elaine, I will never forget Frank. He was so funny and I recall my husband and Butch going to the Vietnam wall in D.C. All 3 of them needed that trip there. Happy times at Constatines.

I knew Frank from the Children's Museum where he was a great worker and fellow employee. He and Fred Coyle were an important part of the Museum's success. I have Frank's name plate from when he was Fire Captain.
