John Dee Kerschner

John Kerschner, 68, died Monday, February 23, 2026, in Raytown, Missouri, with his daughter, Deena, at his side. He was born in Tiffin to John and Virginia Kerschner, September 14, 1957. He is survived by four children, Deena (Ryan) Johnson, Missouri, Abby (Ben) Shelton, Fostoria, Jeremy (Alexis), Tiffin, and Blake, Missouri; two sisters, Debra (Mike) Morgan, Tiffin and Patricia (Larry) Hoerig, Findlay; and grand and great-grandchildren. Services will be Monday, March 16, 2026, at Newcomers, 509 S. Noland Rd., Independence, MO 64050.

John and I "ran around" Tiffin. In fact he got me my first job at Mary and John´s restaurant washing dishes. His nickname was Carphead!! Condolences to the family.
