Mr. Wendell L. Carter, 60, of Barbourville, passed away Monday Morning, September 9, 2024 at the Barbourville ARH Hospital. He was the son of the late Howard and Betty Ledington Carter born November 15, 1963 in Barbourville.
Wendell was a member of the Artemus Baptist Church.
He was preceded in death by his parents.
Survivors include his longtime companion, Rebecca Eversole; children, Brandon Carter and Rachel Holliday and husband, Ryan, all of Lorain, OH; sister, Dena Ormston and husband, Guy and James Carter and wife, Susan, all of Lorain, OH; grandchildren, Layla Carter, Tyler Simmons and Conor Holliday; cousin, Diana Woodings;niece, Karly Masterson; among other loved ones and dear friends.
All services will be private.
