Tommie Sue Easley White
Tommie Sue Easley White, 75, born on November 30, 1949, in Clinton, LA has been a resident of Centreville, MS for 58 years, was called home on August 8, 2025 being surrounded by loved ones. She was a devoted wife, mother, grandmother and great grandmother. Not only was she a tough warrior and fought many battles including being a breast cancer survivor and five daughters with her husband of 50 years. Being the backbone of the family, one of her most advisable sayings for her daughters was "To keep her girls just between the ditches."
Owner of a private video store "T W's Videos" for many years, and maintained a constant presence in each daughter's extracurricular activities and lives for 57 years, as well as the grandchildren and great grandchildren.
She was preceded in Death by Grandparents – Lloyd Carrier and Edith Hillebert; Grandparents – Fred and Julia Easley; Fathers – Thomas Dana Easley and Harold Neal; Mother - Ruth C. Neal; Husband – Jerry Wayne White; Cousin – Thomas Earl "Bo" Tate; Sister (Vernell Carroll Strate); Brothers (David, Pierce, Charles, Wallace and Ardis Carroll); Brothers in Laws - Buddy Watson; Wendell Smith, Cleo Henry
She is survived by Daughters - Kathy Lynn White Barbay (Tab); Stacy White Wofford (Paul); Dana White Saucier (Leo); Shelly White Sterling (Brian); and Terri White; Grandchildren – Wes Barbay; Cody Saucier; Brittany Boudreaux (Tim); Derrick Knight; Stance Edwards; Brianna Sterling; Kylee Edwards; Laci Sterling; and Baileigh Sterling.; Great grandchildren – James Bishop and Braelynn Kate Boudreaux; Cousins – Michael "Mike" Tate (Belinda); Donna Tate Cooper; Carolyn Easley Shuff; Clayton "Charlie Brown" Easley; and Paula Tate; Sisters - Velda Lee Carroll; Patricia Neal Watson; Kathy Neal Smith, and Beth Henry; Brother - Keith Neal (Theresa); Other cherished ones include: Damien Tate (Kayla); Derek Tate (Rebecca); Russell "Rusty" Knight; Walter and Jean Lee, as well as numerous cousins, nieces, and nephews.
Visitation is Tuesday, August 12, 2025, at Brown Funeral Home in
Gloster, MS. from 11:00 A.m. until time of funeral services at 1:00 P.M. at the funeral home, officiated by Bro.Chance Humphreys. Interment will follow in Oaklawn Cemetery in Centreville, MS.
