Stephen Hicks Obituary

Stephen Hicks, 77, of Ormond Beach, Florida, passed away on July 22, 2025.
Stephen was born on May 2, 1948, in Natchez, MS to Carl F and Marjorie E Hicks. He attended Cathedral High School in Natchez and graduated from Mississippi State University in Starkville with a Bachelor of Science degree. He enjoyed a successful career in sales and management for various consumer package goods organizations.
He and his wife, Brenda, were married 52 years and loved to entertain and travel while creating memories with family and friends. Stephen also enjoyed golf, reading, and in the past couple years took up cooking and was proud of his accomplishments.
Stephen was predeceased by his parents and sister, Eloise Hicks Smith. Also proceeded by his son, CJ Holley, granddaughter, Madison Holley and great-grandson, Carter.
He is survived by his wife, Brenda, and three daughters, Louise Rumfello (Mark), Theresa Reinarts (Mike) and Billie Jensen as well as 8 grandchildren and 8 great-grandchildren. Stephen is also survived by his 3 brothers, Carl Hicks (Carolyn), Ken Hicks (Margaret), and Ed Hicks (Sherry) and many nieces and nephews.
A funeral mass will be held at 11 a.m. on August 23, 2025, at St. Brendan's Catholic Church, Ormond Beach, FL.
A memorial mass at St. Mary's Basilica in Natchez, MS will take place on Saturday evening at 5PM, August 30th.
