Sara Melton Obituary
Sara was a longtime, faithful member of First Presbyterian Church in Tuscumbia. She was always smiling and brought joy to everyone that she met. Sara was also known for her thoughtful ways and she will be missed greatly. Sara was raised by her aunt, Alma Clyde Foust, whom she called "Mom". Along with Alma Clyde, Sara was preceded in death by her husband, Robert Melton, and brother, Warner Foust.
Sara is survived by her daughter, Elaine Melton Thigpen (William); sister, Linda Foust; grandchildren, Amy Loveday (Tyler) and Rachel Slay; and several nieces and nephews.
Pallbearers will be John Foust, Nathan Foust, Eric Foust, Joshua Foust, Zachary Foust, and Steve Foust.
