Abbeville- A Mass of Christian Burial will be held at 3:00 PM, Wednesday, January 29, 2025, at St. Theresa of the Child Jesus Catholic Church honoring the life of Roy Joseph LeBouef, 91, who passed away on January 26, 2025, at Our Lady of Lourdes Regional Medical Center.
A visitation will take place at St. Theresa of the Child Jesus Catholic Church on Wednesday, January 29, 2025, from 1:30 PM until the services at 3:00 PM. A rosary will be prayed at 2:30 PM. Burial will follow at St. Paul Cemetery. Serving as pallbearers will be Coby Harrington, Donovan Marbury, Cameron Meyers, Cade Boudreaux, Trent Frith, and Jonathan Guilbeau.
Roy was a loving husband and father who found joy and peace in spending time with his family. He also had a great love for watching his birds and gardening. Roy lived a life filled with vibrant spirit that touched all those who knew him.
He is survived by his wife, Florence LeBouef of 67 years; his three daughters, Neysa Harrington (Michael), Tracy Richard (Thomas), and Amy Meyers (Ken); grandchildren, Coby Harrington, Katie Frith, Jill Marbury, Laura Guilbeau, Caroline Boudreaux, Kate Meyers, Cameron Meyers; and great-grandchildren, Eli Harrington, Stevie Marbury, Nash Marbury, Evelyn Guilbeau, and Elizabeth Guilbeau.
He is preceded in death by his mother, Willa Hebert; and his father, Sidney LeBouef.
All funeral arrangements are being conducted by Vincent Funeral Home - Abbeville (337) 893-4661.
