Robin C. Ray, 70, of Clanton, Alabama passed away March 30, 2025, in Birmingham, AL.
She was born November 8, 1954, in Dallas Co., Alabama, daughter of the late Charles "Bill" Calloway and the late Melba Calloway.
She was a retired Office Manager for the Alabama Power Clanton Extension office, where she proudly devoted 25 years of her service. Her skill set wasn't limited to just office work. She had many talents, and excelled in everything she did. She had a natural touch for being a homemaker and caregiver. She was known for her delicious cooking. It was very apparent that love was the main ingredient in every dish she prepared. Not only was her family her pride and joy, but she showed a tremendous amount of love for her church family. She also used her many skills to serve her church and community.
Surviving are her loving Husband of 43 years, Kenneth Ray; Daughters, Kim Ray (Mike) Mooney, Kacy Ray (Morgan) Ingram; Brother, Chuck (Diane) Calloway; Grandsons, Nelson Dennis, Nealey Dennis; Granddaughters, Romie Ingram, Riley Ingram; Nieces, April (Brandon) McKnight, Mary Beth (Matt) Edwards; Great-Grandson, Brodie Dennis; Step- Nieces, Alex (Scott) Ellison, Allison (Blake) Bright; Great Nephews, Preston Edwards, Asa McKnight; Great Neice, Caroline McKnight.
She was preceded in death by her Father, Charles "Bill" Calloway; Mother, Melba Calloway; Daughter, Kelly Ray; Grandson, Neal Dennis.
Friends will be received Tuesday, April 1, 2025, from 5:00 p.m. to 7:00 p.m. at Martin Funeral Home Chapel.
Services will be held Wednesday, April 2, 2025, at 11:00 a.m. at Providence Baptist Church #2 with Rev. Jay Mims officiating.
Interment will follow in Martin Memorial Cemetery.
