Obituary of Nunzia (Nancy) King
Nunzia (Nancy) King, 79, of Staten Island, NY passed away on Wednesday, November 27, 2024 in Saint Simons Island, GA. Born in Naples, Italy, Nancy emigrated to America in 1952. She lived in Brooklyn, NY and has lived in Staten Island since 1970. Nancy's passion was medicine and health.
She worked as a Dental Hygienist, Emergency Medical Technician, Registered Nurse and Nutritionist.
She was retired from Saint Vincent's Hospital where she served as Head of Clinical Research.
She was predeceased by: her parents Michele and Vincenza Erzingher; her sister Rosaria Mulholland;
as well as her husband Richard King.
She is survived by: her daughter Jennifer Beuning (Colin), grandchildren Aeden and Gabriella; and her siblings Luisa (Lisa) Maddalone (Joseph Cliver); Carla (Carol) Peterson (Roger); Marie Loparnos; Michael Erzingher.
Funeral Liturgy celebrated at Ocean View Cemetery, Staten Island, on Wednesday December 18, 2024 at 11:00am; immediately followed by burial beside her husband.
