Margaret (Meg) Pauroso Blair ,64,passed away suddenly on January 25, 2026. Born in Windsor, Connecticut, She graduated from Saint Anselm College with a degree in nursing. After graduation she was commissioned in the Army in 1983 and served for four years. After leaving the army, she was employed at the NIH for two years. She then began her 32 year career at Kaiser Permanente Urgent Care, retiring in 2021.

She was an active member of Nativity Catholic Church in Burke, VA and a member of the choir. She will be remembered for her unwavering faith, devotion to God, loving spirit, generosity, and always willing to see the best in others.

She is survived by her loving husband and best friend Daniel Blair, children Erin Blair of Fort Collins, Co., and Kathryn and Mark Stinard of Woodbridge, VA. Her grandchildren James, Dominic, Therese, Benedict, Theodore, and Anastasia and her beloved dog, Bella. She also leaves behind 5 siblings, Roseanne Gomez, Tony Pauroso, Marie Vitale, Cathy Partridge, and Beth Marcioch. She was predeceased by her parents, Joanne and Ciprian Pauroso. She also leaves behind many beloved nieces and nephews, great nieces and nephews, and many cherished friends.

The family will receive visitors on Sunday Feb 1, 2026 from 6-8 pm at Fairfax Memorial Funeral Home, 9902 Braddock Road, Fairfax , VA. The Mass of Christian burial will be held at Nativity Parish, 6400 Nativity Lane, Burke, Va. at 10:00 am on Monday Feb 2, 2026. Interment will be at Fairfax Memorial Cemetery immediately following.
