Marie "Patsy" Catherine Schnobrich, 96, of Searles died Friday, January 30, 2026 at the Crystal Seasons Living Center in Lake Crystal.

Mass of Christian Burial will be 11:00 AM Thursday, February 5, 2026 at St. John the Baptist Catholic Church in Searles with Father Mark Steffl celebrating the Mass. Burial will follow in the church cemetery.

Visitation will be 4:00 – 7:00 pm Wednesday, February 4, 2026 at the Minnesota Valley Funeral Home NORTH CHAPEL in New Ulm. Visitation will continue one hour prior to the service at church in Searles on Thursday.

Marie is survived by her daughters, JoAnne (James) Fischer of Sleepy Eye, Laura (Boyd) Meier of Lake Crystal, Lisa Amedeo of Manor, Texas; son, Brian Schnobrich of Hanska; grandchildren, Jason Fischer, Joel Fischer, Ryan Fischer, Amanda Fischer-Vela, Crystal Meier, Chad Carlson, Robert Amedeo, Andrew Amedeo; great-grandchildren, Sienna Mendez-Carlson, Nolan Meier and Grayson Amedeo; sister, Bernice (John) Callquist; and sister-in-law, Betty Lindmeyer.

She was preceded in death by her parents; husband, Harley Schnobrich; daughter, SusAnne Schnobrich; son, Gregg Schnobrich; sister, Esther Graham; brothers, Larry, Elmer, Frank and Louis Lindmeyer.

Marie Catherine Lindmeyer was born April 15, 1929 in New Ulm to Frank and Sophie (Brey) Lindmeyer. She attended St. Mary's Catholic School. Marie was united in marriage to Harley Schnobrich on August 28, 1948 at St. Mary's Catholic Church in New Ulm. After marriage they farmed in Cottonwood Township on the Schnobrich Family Farm. They retired in 1998 and moved to Searles. She enjoyed freezing vegetables, Jams and Jellies. She also enjoyed dancing, old-time music and watching the Minnesota Twins. She especially loved making Christmas cookies and spending time with her family.

Marie was a member of the St. John the Baptist Catholic Church in Searles, St. John's Catholic and St. John's Catholic Aid.

In lieu of flowers, the family prefers memorials to St. John the Baptist Catholic Church.
