Louis Arnold Whitlock, 66, of Palmdale, CA, passed away in his home on February 23, 2025. He was born in Santa Monica, California on January 26, 1959, to Marilyn and Arnold Whitlock. He lived a colorful life; working in the motion picture industry, taking care of his family, participating in, and coaching sports, traveling, collecting, and was blessed to have married the love of his life, Becky, and they raised three sons together; Matthew, Jeffrey, and Bryan.
He was preceded in death by Becky, Matthew, and Jeffrey Whitlock and is survived by his; mother and stepfather, Marilyn and Al Peschel; son, Bryan Whitlock; daughters-in-law, Cristina Whitlock and Deanna Whitlock; five grandchildren, Taylor Whitlock, Erin Wilcox, Elizabeth Whitlock, Allyson Whitlock, and Matthew Whitlock Jr.; great-granddaughter Sophia Wilcox; sister-in-law, Vicki Farmwald; brother-in-law, Glen Senate; nieces, Stephanie Farmwald and Alisha Moss; and great nieces, Phoebe and Shoshanna Moss.
A celebration of life will be held at Crystalaire Country Club, 15702 Boca Raton Ave., Llamo, CA 93544 on Saturday March 8, 2025, from 4 to 7pm. Attendees are encouraged to wear Hawaiian shirts in honor of Lou’s favorite style.
