Lorraine Williams Obituary

Lorraine L. (Morin) Williams, 90, of New Bedford passed away Wednesday February 26, 2025 at Sacred Heart Home after a long illness. She was the wife of the late Everett C. Williams.
Born in New Bedford, the daughter of the late Theodore and Beatrice L. (Avery) Morin, she lived in New Bedford and Acushnet for most of her life.
Lorraine was formerly employed as an inspector at the Acushnet Company Rubber Division until her retirement.
She enjoyed playing cards, dancing, traveling, and going to the casino.
She is survived by her children, Esther Hudon and her husband Bruce of Acushnet, Everett Williams and his wife Denise of New Bedford, and Cindy Zielinski and her husband Ski of Tennessee; her siblings, Ernest Morin, Roland Morin, and Lucille Morin; her grandchildren, Melanie Nelson, Justin Williams, Kelsey Adams, Cassandra Michael, Jiliane Hudon, and Jaé Hudon; her great-grandchildren, Shyanne Gray, Savanah Gray, Eric Gray, Megan Wood, and Frankie Michael; and nieces and nephews.
She was predeceased by her daughter, Linda Nelson, her granddaughter Stephanie Gray, and her siblings, Roger Morin, Claire Lannon, and Beatrice Morin.
