Lewis Klayko Obituary
He was born on May 5, 1931, in St. Clairsville, OH, to the late John Walter and Anna Karkula Klayko. In addition to his parents, he is preceded in death by his wife, Grace Miller Klayko.
He is survived by one son: Charles (Jan) Klayko of Green River, UT; three daughters: Lucinda (Frank) Cook of Manchester, TN, Patricia (Ebbie) Jones of Humansville, OH, Paula (Carl) Kulp of Craig, CO; along with several grandchildren and great-grandchildren.
He served his country proudly in the United States Army.
At the request of the family, a memorial service will be held at a later date. There will be no visitation.
Jones-Preston Funeral Home is in charge of the arrangements.
Jones-Preston Funeral Home is both honored and privileged to be entrusted with all final arrangements for Lewis Klayko.
