Juanita Ann Book, age 86 of Dover, Arkansas passed away at her residence on February 11th, 2025, after her battle with Dementia. She was born in Chambersburg PA on August 29th, 1938, to Sydney and Gladys Wise. Juanita graduated from Chambersburg High School in 1956. She Married Albert Wayne Miller in 1958. They had two children, Cassandra K, Miller and Shelby Wayne Miller. In April of 1964 she married Henry Cleon Book, and they had two children, Henry Cleon Book Jr and Susan Robin Book. 

Juanita is preceded in death by her parents, both of her spouses, her daughter, Cassandra K. Nieto, a daughter in law Peggy S Miller, and a granddaughter, Ashlee Book-Gilbert. She is survived by a son Shelby Miller, Henry Book Jr (Carrie) and Susan Book (Micheal Griffin), a son in law Louie Nieto, her grandchildren; Jennifer Nieto (Tomas) Justin Nieto (Sarah), Juanita Nieto, Robert Miller (Larissa), Melissa Vaughn-Miller (Jason), Matthew Book, Micheal Book, Nattalee Book (David), Brandi Book (Adam), and Aaron Gilbert (Trisha). Great-Grandkids; Zachary Cooper, Sydney Cooper, Novaleigh Cooper, Aydin Cooper, Makenzie Knight, Jackson Nieto, Adalyn Nieto, Conner Cooper, Cy Cooper, Cayley Cooper, Trayton Madison, Holden Miller, Elizabeth Miller, Emmalynne Miller, Carleigh Miller, Gordon Britt, Wyatt Book, Eli Greenleaf, Aaron Gilbert JR. and Alona Dunman-Gilbert.

Juanita enjoyed going to church, taking cruises, traveling around the US, and going to see Neil McCoy in concert. She retired from Comfort Care Plus in 1977

Cremation services are under the care of Russellville Family Funeral. There are no services planned at this time.
