Joyce Potter Obituary

Joyce Marie Potter, 77, of Sherwood Avenue, Warwick, passed away at home surrounded by her loving family on Tuesday, January 21, 2025. She was the beloved wife of 35 years to the late Stephen L. Potter.
Born in Providence, she was the daughter of the late Hamet and Elizabeth (Caraman) Seleyman. Joyce worked as a florist at DeMarie's Floral Shop for a few years and worked at the former Warwick Musical Tent and the Providence Civic Center during the winters.
Joyce is survived by her children, Deborah Crowley of Warwick, Sharon Bellucci of Warwick and Brian Crowley of Las Vegas, NV; a brother Wayne Seleyman of North Providence; a sister, Doreen Balon of MA; three grandchildren, Nathan, Stephanie and Connor; two great-grandchildren, Raven and Aurora and she was the aunt of Jared Seleyman and Jayson Kane. Joyce was the beloved niece of Maryann Caraman of North Providence and a cousin to her two best friends, Judy Kako of North Providence and Delores Brown of Warwick. She was the grandmother of the late Jeremy Rougier and sister of the late Glenn Seleyman.
At Joyce's request, her funeral services and burial will be private for the family.
