Jimmy Neal Obituary
Survived by his wife of 30 years, Nancy, daughters Shawna Cox (John), Bridgitte Lundy (Gary), and son Jimmy Neal II (Jamie). Also survived by grandchildren Blake and Cade Neal, JR and Celeste Cox, and Joseph and Dean Lundy.
Survived by sister Rita Davis (Anthony), brother Archie Lester, and best friend and partner in crime, brother Ira Earl Jr.
Jimmy was so kind, loving, gentle, and forgiving with his loved ones. Gracious and respectful to everyone: a true Southern gentleman.
His greatest joy besides his family was growing and tending his "posies". His quick wit, unexpected and unique humor kept everyone entertained for years.
His warm, genuine, and all encompassing hugs will be sorely missed.
No formal services will be held at the funeral home. Funeral arrangements entrusted to the Taylor Chapel of Voran Funeral Home, 23750 Goddard Road. (313) 291-1800. Please share memories and/or leave condolences on Jimmy's guestbook on his tribute wall.
