Jacqueline Gess Obituary
She was born on June 15, 1951, in Fort Atkinson, daughter of the late August and Phyllis (Holcomb) Gess.
Jacqueline worked at St. Coletta's in Jefferson for 48 years.
She is survived by her brothers, Charles (Joan) Gess and Paul (Cindy) Gess; sisters, Georgia Flaig, Eileen Gess, Rose (Scott) Burnette and Jennifer Gess; nieces and nephews, Todd (Christine) Gess, Kevin (Jenny) Gess, Jon (Brit) Elliott, Craig (Alison) Gess, Brian Burnette, Mark (Danielle) Burnette and Brynnlee Gess and many other relatives and friends. She was also preceded in death by her nephew, Tanner Flaig.
A memorial service will be held at 11 a.m. on Thursday, February 5, 2026, at the Dunlap Memorial Home in Fort Atkinson. Visitation will be from 10 a.m. until the time of the service. Burial will follow at a later date in Evergreen Cemetery.

Oh, the memories Jackie gave so many of us at St. Coletta! So many clients benefited from her 'mothering', so many staff who learned from her decades of experience, so many laughs provided to all who knew her. I have no doubt there was a welcoming committee ready on the other side and Jackie is keeping them in stitches with laughter. My sympathy to all who grieve her departure from this earthly side.

I'm so sorry to hear that Jackie passed, I'm sure she is missed by so many. Hugs and prayers for Jackie and her family. I have so many wonderful memories of the "Jacks".
