George Bradford Livingston Sr. son of the late Rayford Sr. and Elzona Livingston. George was born on May 18, 1945 in Franklin County NC. He was the youngest son of the sixteen children. George was educated in the Franklin County school system graduating from Perry's High School. After high school George joined the work force having several jobs throughout his life time from the shipyard in New Port News VA, Athey Products, Wake County ( where he loved working with the children being Mr. George to them all)Louisburg Hospital and ending his work career at Food Lion where he never met a stranger. George was joined in marriage to Mildred T. Long over 55 years ago. To this union God blessed them with two girls and a son.
Those that have gone on before him were his parents, daughter Lafayette, grandson Xavier, brothers: Melton, Atlas, Rayford Jr., Willard, sisters: Sophia, Evert, Elzona, Beatrice, Geraldine.
He leaves to carry on his legacy his wife Mildred of the home, son George Jr of Louisburg, NC and daughter Natasha Livingston of Franklinton NC. The pride of his life and everyone knew it were his five grandchildren Jarrett, Ty'Shaun and Ty'Kayla of Louisburg NC, Ja'Maya and Jaiden of Franklinton NC. He was blessed to see his third generation in the form of twelve great grandchildren. His sister Pauline Clifton of Paterson, NJ, Justine Lipsey of New Port News, VA, Ailene Bryant of Lake Royal NC and Pearline Kelly of Wake Forest NC. He has several brothers and sisters in law, cousins, neighbors and family members. The legacy will forever go on!
