Fredrick Girard Obituary

Fredrick Joseph Girard, 46, of Summerville, SC, passed away peacefully at his home on Saturday evening.
His Celebration of life will be Sunday April 13, 2025, held from 11am until 2pm at Skate 698, 698 Murray St., Orangeburg, SC 29115. In lieu of flowers, memorials may be made to Dorchester PAWS at https://dorchesterpaws.org/.
Fredrick was born on June 27, 1978, in Charleston, SC, to Paul Rene Girard and Viola Patricia Martin. A lifelong resident of the Lowcountry, Fredrick grew up in Charleston and had a deep love for travel, especially beach trips. He enjoyed cruises, where he met his wife, Pamela. Together, they loved attending festivals, exploring new places, and spending time with others. Fredrick was dedicated to his career in the HVAC industry, having previously owned Girard Heating & Air and currently working at Total Comfort Solutions. When not working or traveling, he spent quality time with his wife and pets while pursuing his passion for roller derby and art. Above all, Fredrick was a true people person who deeply loved his family and friends.
He is survived by his beloved wife, Pamela Poland Girard; his mother; his brother, Paul Girard; his sister-in-law, Jennifer Girard; two nephews, Gage and Chase Girard; his beloved friend, Janice Kerr; and his treasured fur babies.
