It is with heavy hearts that we announce the passing of Brenda Marie Businelle. Born on November 5, 1949, in Morgan City, Louisiana, Brenda departed from this world on April 20, 2024, in Stephensville, Louisiana. She was a beloved daughter, mother, sister, and friend.
Brenda dedicated her life to nurturing her family as a devoted homemaker. Her kindness, warmth, and love will forever be cherished by her loved ones, including her mother Elda Solar, sons, Douglas Businelle Jr.(Tanya) and Brian Businelle(Christie), daughters, Cheryl Businelle and Christina Vaughn(Brian), as well as her brothers Willis Guilliot and Dewilder "DD" Solar. 13 grandchildren and 24 great grandchildren.
Brenda was preceded in death by her husband Douglas Businelle Sr., father, Sydney Solar, sister, Delores "Ann" Foret, brother, Robert "Bobby" Melancon, grandson, Donovan Edwards, companion, Sullivan Concienne.
A Graveside Service in loving memory of Brenda Marie Businelle will be held at Morgan City Cemetery on April 24, 2024, at 2:00 pm. The burial ceremony will take place at that time in honor of her life and legacy.
Brenda's memory will live on in the hearts of all who knew and loved her. May she rest in eternal peace.
