Funeral services celebrating the life of Bobbie Benefield Walraven will be on Saturday, February 14, 2026, at 11:00 a.m. at Rose Neath Funeral Home Chapel in Minden, Louisiana with Bro. Doug Gregg officiating. Interment will follow at New Ramah Cemetery in Haynesville, Louisiana. The family will receive friends on Friday, February 13, 2026, from 4:00 until 7:00 p.m. at Rose Neath Funeral Home in Minden.
Bobbie was born on October 7, 1927, in Bradley, Arkansas and went to her heavenly home on Thursday, February 12, 2026, in Minden, Louisiana. She was a faithful member of Calvary Missionary Baptist Church.
Bobbie was preceded in death by her husband, Guy Walraven, parents, Dut and Lola Benefield, grandson, Brock Walraven, granddaughter, Tammy Walraven Lair.
She is survived by her daughter, Dot Vining and husband Huey, son, Ronny Walraven and wife Carolyn, grandchildren, Jamie Franklin and wife Tina, Zona Franklin and life partner, Doug Burnett, Kelly Walraven, and Jeff Lair, great-grandchildren, Bruce Franklin, Brynn Franklin and wife Gloria, their children, Madison and Logan, Brandon Franklin, Kali Hilton and husband Andrew and their children, Melody, Garrett, Harmony, Bryson, and Brody, Kelsey Cook and husband Justin and their children, Russell and Waylon, Jeffrey Lair and wife Savanna, Tyler Walraven and wife Kelsey, Trent Walraven and his son C.J. and Jacob Woodard and wife Katie and their children, Logan and Hayden.
