Andrew Newby Obituary
He was born November 3, 1960 in Jamaica. He was a police officer for the police force in Jamaica. He loved construction, animals, traveling and helping people. He was a man of God with great character and principles.
He leaves behind his dear friend, Audrey Blake of Blackshear; a son, Judah Swanston Newby of St. Croix; and a host of family and friends.
Memorialization will be by cremation.
