Sorry to be reading this, but I know Buck I will have pictures framed and ready for his heavenly abode and his Mom will already have made friends enough for them all. I still have a bottle of Buck's original home made wine that I will have to open now for sure, when I get home. I'll light a candle here in Durham. Dr A

When I graduated from GMI in 1968 and
was assigned to Production Engineering, Bill was a senior engineer in the group. He was one of the great guys in the group and wonderful with the rookies such as myself.
Bill was respected by all .
I’ll miss seeing him at the Christmas retiree luncheon that we always held at Cammarata’s before Covid hit.
I ran into him this past summer at a restaurant in Somerset and got a chance to talk to him briefly. He was his same
old smiling self. My condolences to his entire family. It was my great fortune to have known him.

I was very sorry to hear of Buck's passing. I have many fond memories of working with him as a young engineer. He was a real gentleman, an expert at tool design, and was blessed with a helpful can-do spirit. In the early 80's he was instrumental in developing a header design for the then new aluminum radiators that was stronger, lighter, and less expensive. It resulted in one of his many patents and to my knowlege remains in production to this day. He was a great guy.

Darcy and family
Bill was definitely a special and talented man. He had a great sense of humor. I loved his quiet laugh. I remember how proud he looked when he showed us his round house he built. He brought a lot of love into your family. I know he will be missed by so many. My thoughts and love are with you.
