Wilbur and Jeannie are very dear to my family. I met them through my father and Wilbur´s involvement with the VFW. Wilbur will be remembered as an excellent friend, neighbor, and citizen. Though soft spoken, his words always carried weight. He was always genuinely kind and will be greatly missed. Wishing peace and comfort to his family and many friends.

I first met Wilbur and Jeannie at the Tonganoxie Chrstian church. They were very dedicated and loved our Lord and Savior, Jesus Christ. As time would have it, I joined the VFW and was able to be involved with Wilbur at our community VFW activities. Wilbur was always there with a smile and humble heart to give back and love our community. He helped facilitate the distribution of countless medical equipment and supplies to those in need. Wilbur was always a joy to work with! He will be missed by many as he made a positive impact on many! God bless, Rest in Peace my dear friend and thank you for all your many many years of service

I always enjoyed talking with Wilbur. Whether it was years ago at church with Him Jeannie and a very young Jimmy or picking up hay or fixing a setting on his watch. Such a kind man. He will be greatly missed. All my love and prayers for Jeannie, Jimmy and family.
Sincerely with love, Charlotte Stuart
