Virginia Steel Obituary
Virginia Steel, 63, Lawrence, Kansas, passed away Monday, December 27, 2021.
She was born August 15, 1958, in Rolling Fork, Mississippi to Mitchell Hoskins and Florine Lane.
She was preceded in death by her parents and 3 brothers.
Survivors include her son Ephrance Steele, her daughter Jennifer Tolbert; grandchildren, Ephrance Steele II, Laila Steele, Bria Steele, Shalece Tolbert, Nevaeh Wakefield, Antalaijah Cain, Shaniya Miller; Great grandchild Ziyae Hayes; Siblings include her sister Flossie Shorter, her brothers Benny Steel and Willie Ralph Steel; and extended family and friends.
Memorial Services will be held January 15th from 11 am until 2 pm at the Carnegie Building. 200 W 9th St, Lawrence, KS.
The family request all guest wear mask to help prevent the spread of Covid.
